An excellent modern ( built 2000) country house/cortijo, with 3 bedrooms, on a large piece of land with an outhouse and stables. Water for domestic use and irrigation comes from two springs on the land, which are registered with the Federacion Hidrografica (one is shared with a neighbouring plot). Water is stored in a large alberca ( water reservoir) located at the upper edge of the land.

This is a remarkable finca, and ideal for someone wanting peace, beauty and solitude, but with good access to urban centres ( Orgiva 18 km, Granada 80 km) and the coast ( 25 km).
